Authorized use
TalentAssure should be used by authorized administrators, recruiters, approvers, hiring managers, and candidates for legitimate recruitment and onboarding workflows.
Data accuracy
Users are responsible for entering accurate job, candidate, assessment, offer, document, and onboarding information.
Deployment responsibility
Production administrators should verify environment variables, database migrations, storage permissions, HTTPS, backups, and error logging before launch.
Integrations
Third-party providers such as SMTP, calendar, AI, SMS, WhatsApp, background verification, storage, SSO, and APIs should be configured with organization-approved credentials and policies.
